OPERATIONS TEAM (was Secretary & Convenor) – maintains communication systems between active volunteers/dealing with day-to-day external enquires

what was going to be called TREASURER – overview of financial matters and relationship with funders - now looks like it's ending up as two teams:

BOOKKEEPING TEAM
Pay Rent and related costs
Pay cinema & office phone & internet bills
Pay brochure & advertising costs
Buy office resources (stamps, stationery, envelopes, printer toner)
Buy any equipment budgeted for (eg computers, hardware, ) 
Maintain petty cash
Each quarter produce financial report
Evaluate season's budget
Evaluate bill payment systems
Get cinema insurance

FUNDRAISING TEAM
Complete cost reports for funders
Take up funding opportunities for learning and conferences
Explore other funding sources (NFM, ACE, NCC, NR)
Responding to emails from partners where relevant to finance
Evaluate relationship with partners where relevant to finance


MARKETING TEAM (was called "Audience Development") – promotes our activities to members and potential members
