fore person? after the first building fest some people expressed that it would have been useful to have one person each day who knew who was doing what. They could help new volunteers who were turning up to help find a job to do. Because last time it was a bit difficult for new people to be able to just throw themselves into something without being teamed with some other people and given a job. If everyone was happy with this idea then it would also be good if this role was done by a different person each day.
