DOCUMENTS WE NEED FOR BUILDING CONTROL APPLICATION
in no particular order (please amend when things get into order and as things get done and new things thought of)
BY the Way. - It is NOT a legal requirement to get this in before building works take place, but it's risky if the proposal rejected after the works been done (i.e. we potentially couldn't open). the show must go on etc.
What IS a CRIMINAL Law issue is Health and Saftey at Work during build (as well as being a much more likely source of accident etc.) so we should keep everything in perspective.
1) BC1 and BC2 forms got the forms - need to fill them in
2) OS plan of area to scale with borders and stuff marked Got the plan need to arrange
3) PLan of existing building - got need to arrange
4) Plan of proposed building with notes and details and cross secctions (lots of drawings) getting there
a) overall plan
b) north-south cross section showing ceiling detail and fire stops
c) east-west cross section showing booth and rake in adequate detail
d) front door detail,
e) fire exit detail
4.5) structural engineers details - rake, booth, any blockwork or door widening - waiting on SE (michael from www.clancy.co.uk)
5) plan of down takings GOT
6) Evacuation strategy doc and plans - got plans got basis of doc
7) ventilation Plan - NEED - meeting DAN from Enright Engineering at 9.30am Friday to discuss ventilation and heating.
8) heating plan - on it's way from Adam Gillespie
9) electrical plan - on it's way from William Dobson.
