The Star and Shadow Cinema is run entirely on volunteer labour! The fuel that keeps us going is the enthusiasm, skills, knowledge and time of extraordinary people like yourself.
Nobody takes a wage from the Star and Shadow, and there is a flat structure that means that every volunteer can have a say in how things are run, and the work we show at the Star and Shadow.
