The ideas behind the concept of Sustainable Collective were the following:

- Sustainable distribution of responsibilities - Shared and devolved responsibilities held by many people - Share skills - Improved + Broadened use of Wiki - Have volunteer capacity to be open more - Greater involvement of the currently uninvolved - Clear, open, accessible to all users and volunteers

What to do?

IMMEDIATE: WIKI

- Amend website – include info + links to wiki so that people use it more - Make a proper tutorial + video tutorial – hosted on website - Continue advertising it at induction meeting + potentially at the end of programming meeting

Clarity of film programming

- draft a film screening contract on the wiki together - set an end date for completing of contract, 3rd Monday of Feb (?)

Clarity of processes

- mention that the cinema is volunteer-run in the programme - build volunteers wall - make a sheet of paper with info about cinema + a badge to give to new members

Mid-term

Sharing responsibility - Name specific tasks for volunteers (for example, on the website, in meetings, working groups) - Have one person in charge of volunteer coordination, create an email address for him/her
