This is the To Do List for gigs, normally managed by me (Pauline). I'm making it public so that if I am ever hit by a meteorite, you will immediately be able to pick up where I left off, while I am in hospital eating ice-cream.

kalida gig sat 12 jan - did i take booking? if so, sort out contract

to go back over nov/dec - anyone not charged?

david littlefair - did his £50 get banked - need to give him a cheque for it to go over jan - who needs charging - contract types - up to 6 Feb

28 March - miles - contract terms for then and 2 June

weds 26 march - film about Laibach - alan programmed - see if can find suitable band (wot about lets bitter cinema or das wanderlust)

when's next programme - which months to go through with details?

take new guidelines to meeting re people being able to take on 'indirect hire'

PA - Bill 2658433 - find out if it would be insured if we kept it here. Where to put it? System for managing it?
