As a compiler you will need to email/send this to anyone who has a film programmed in the brochure.Please use below

Star and Shadow Cinema – Programmers Form

This form is sent to everyone who has programmed a film for the cinema. We need to receive this back in order to include your film in the programme. If we don't receive this back by the text deadline we will not be able to include it in the brochure. It is so we know we are not breaching any laws, there are no avoidable cancellations and is also essential information for the projectionists. Thankyou!

3.Have you contacted the distributer for your film and got the theatrical rights to screen this film?

4.Have you confirmed with the distributer that the film is available and booked for you to screen on the dates you have programmed it for?

5.What format is the film on? e.g 35mm, 16mm, dvd, video

6.Are there any specific requirements for the films projection? e.g is it anamorphic?

If the distribution questions are irrelevant because eg. Its a film you made or a friend etc just explain this. here to return to Publicity_tasks
