2 distinct projects that will overlap - need to budget them properly, especially the final edit:

Project 1 - HFP:

Budget: see emails Details: Deliver a series of workshops making music videos (perhaps 3 or 4) between now and end of december ideally. Intention of project is to empower young people to make their own films, learn techniques and create videos that express their own ideas. This last bit is very important.

Final Piece - A DVD with the music videos.

Project 2 - Create! (Wansbeck COuncil)

Budget: see emails. Details: To document the arts project that is these young people learning about gig promotion, sound recording etc. and doing their own cd (recording in july and august). This might include going to gigs and events they are audience at, interviewing them or recording them in their meetings etc, and filming events they organise and produce.

Final Piece - A DVD with various sections - similar in form to the Maximo Park DVD.
