To have a photographic exhibition up for 2 weeks. To have a party to open – in contact with Pauline to work out hire arrangements.

Oct/nov programme

Graeme Walker has offered to do nov brochure – Adrin to sort it out.

Halloween – The Raven – Park Circus. Debbie to book and make a poster – for Sunday 28th and Wed 31st. If booked up then get The Monster Club.

Adrin OK to go ahead with making posters for NYUFF.

Mat – Peter Snowdon organising night of Palestinian films – medium length doc and a fiction film. - has a date in mind but not posted on wiki.

Craig – Trembling before God – gay life in orthodox jewish communities. Causes a bit of a stink wherever it goes.

When shutting? - CLOSED 23RD DEC - 31ST DEC, THEN 1ST-4TH JAN.

Christmas party after some like it hot – apply for late license? - DRAG PARTY!!

Designers?? - Alan to sort out the existing one for Dec Jan, but alternatively Annette Knol will do one.

Call for Volunteers for NYUFF. Make a festival pass – limit to 30-40?

Stephanie interested in various marketing elements – maintenance of website – she will speak to Simon. Possibly develop relationships with other papers etc. too.

This week: Tues 09 oct – alan. Thurs 11 – Debbie to open for art opening, Pauline closing. Friday 12th - ? Saturday 13th – mat to open, christo to lock up. Sunday 14th – Keith.
