Membership It costs us loads to service the membership – far more than the £1 fee. Should we have two categories of membership? Most get emailed out. Postpone discussion to participatory budgeting event on 14 May when we can be debated in context of other money raising and spending proposals. Could work out how much we're actually spending on servicing members. The bar and funders grants also pay for the publicity costs, as well as the membership charge. ACTION: ask Debbie to work out how many brochures get posted. ACTION: when doing postal mailing, get the labels printed in postcode order so people at the same address are listed together. ACTION: Actively encourage people to download and print a pdf version of the brochure.

Glimpses of Autonomy Proposal to have a fortnightly space on Tuesday where people meet, discuss, eat, drink, plan action, watch films, and generally take control of our lives. The meeting was gently enthusiastic about this. Tuesday's were a rest day, but now more people involved, the tasks are spread out, so it's not so necessary. Andy's exhibition of painting 25 May – 3 June. Want to put up some white panels that would mean people would lean their bikes against paintings. These panels could stay up. Adrin said “Permanent tends to be a difficult concept here”. More bikes to back corridor.

Bar 'team' It would be nice if other people shared the responsibility for coordinating the bar activities. Ilana is doing a wonderful job, but it's not fair to have just her doing it. ACTION: Put a call out for help on the volunteers list. ACTION: Generally need to be more diligent and officious about cashing up. Brochure The deadline for text was yesterday. Let's hope it's all in. Publicity Team meeting next Monday where future brochures will be considered. Funding & money Adrienne works for Big Lottery Fund and willing to help check funding bids. Adrienne will check the City Council application this weekend. Mat will float the Awards for All application before her eyes.

Office rota It was discussed last time. ACTION: Holly will compile and coordinate a rota on the office.

Security Had some money stolen and evidence of attempted break in to the cottage. Black safe is where you “post” the takings from an event. White safe is where you go to get the float (which is £100). When having loads of people around let's be careful about who knows about where cash is. Sometime we need to sort out the front door. ACTION: Christo will try to fit lock on store.
