Arrive one hour before the start time in the programme.
Ring the bell and someone will answer the door.
Introduce yourself and let other volunteers know that you are new, they will know that you are coming, show you around and tell you what you have to do.
There is a place for bicycles, but bring a lock.
You can lock your bag in the storeroom.
What to wear? Whatever you want! Comfortable for you.
If you can't make it ring the office as early as possible on the day of the event.
What time can you leave? Normally on film nights you would leave half an hour to an hour after the film finishes. Gigs are different, you would normally get away at midnight, and you will be given a taxi home.
