Respect for the Cinema, other people that volunteer and the people that make up the audience.
A commitment to developing what happens here, and an awareness that by volunteering you become an advocate of the Star and Shadow.
A commitment to encouraging cultural diversity, and working with people from many backgrounds and opinions, all of whom are welcome here (expand).
A commitment to working collaboratively to make things happen - there are things that we can do together that might not be possible as individuals.
Something about racism, disability, children ... (expand) - access, for instance the positioning of chairs, checking disabled toilets etc.
